So I hurried and signed up-- only to discover that the process took upto 24 hours! Iiiiieee! Unfortunately my friend was out for the day (and I even had money this time!) so I couldn't borrow her ID. I had to wait and wait and watch someone else pick up the cheapy Endymion. Ah well. ^^;

Finally my ID was activated and I hurriedly plopped the wet Michiru cel into my cart. I also picked up a Cye of the Torrent (from Ronon Warriors/Samurai Troopers) cel that I had been eyeing for awhile-- at a discount from 3000 yen to 1400 yen-- and one of the many Lady Kayura (also from Ronin Warriors) cels that Taro had been stocking. And then before I could check out my computer crashed! Now this was before the time that Taro installed the software which made any cels in your cart automatically yours whether you checked out or not. So my cels were gone and I had to wait until they reappeared in Taro's database before I could pick them up again! Only my computer crashed again... and I finally e-mailed Taro asking them to help me out.

So eventually I got my cels, safe and sound.

And the cel I really wanted out of the lot was this Michiru because the elegant and impeccably well-groomed Michiru looked-- well, rumpled! How rare is that? I didn't even really mind that her eyes were only half-opened (it kinda adds to the look, I think) which is a good thing considering I've never seen another cel from this sequence.

Michiru has actually just pulled herself out of the pool and is about to answer a communicator call from Haruka. This episode was rather poorly animated (another Ando episode ), which is too bad since it was also Makoto's heart crystal episode-- Reikokuna Uranus? Makoto no pinch-- The cruel Uranus? Makoto in a pinch. However, the animation style is (thankfully!) not that evident in the cel itself.

Once again, the colors are way off, especially her hair. *grumbles* I need a better scanner. Or maybe a better graphics editing program.
