It's strange to think that when I first heard about the Outer Senshi I didn't think I would like them at all. I mean, who do these newbies think they are, barging into the Inner Senshi's save-the-world gig and acting all snooty & high-and-mighty about it? But then I actually saw the S season (or the R season in the case of Pluto) and well-- they're just so cool! I rather think I like them better then the Inner Senshi now.

After many years of shuffling around the order of my favorite Sailor Senshi, Neptune has come out on top and has remained there. Of all the characters in Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon she resembles me the most, even if I am a bit less frilly and graceful. (Character-wise if not physically. I probably look the most like Mars, physically. When my hair reaches Mar's length I know it's time for a haircut. )

Of course, Michiru/Neptune cels-- along with my other Sailor Moon love, Endy-poo, have to be so expensive. (Well, it could be worse. I could have decided to collect Pluto or Saturn!) But I'm happy with the wee little collection I have of her. Now all I need is a cel of her playing the violin!
