I hadn't actually seen Shamanic Princess at the time-- why does that always seem the case with my favorite cels?-- but that was soon remedied when my friend sent me copies of her fansubs. And boy was I glad that I had bought this cel when I finally saw the series-- while I'm not a big fan of Tiara with her hair up (the style is too reminiscent of Chibi Usa 
) I love the sequence where the evil Kagetsu clone tries to seduce Tiara! 
This occurs in OAV 4, I believe, and-- SPOILERS AHEAD-- I guess it technically means that Sarah tried to seduce Tiara? Or a part of Sarah, anyway.
When I received the cel I thought it would be a tad more detailed then it was (especially in the eyes) but, ah well. I've seen a few other cels from this sequence pop up from time to time, but none of them as cheap as what I got mine for; so I'm happy. 
The image is nigh perfectly centered with it being labelled A-16. This sequence was also supposedly used in the commercials that advertised the release of the fourth OAV for Shamanic Princess. Alas, this is yet another cel that fell prey to low resolution scanning.
