YUUUUUUSUKEEEEEEEEE!!!! *runs around writing "I LOVE YUUSUKE" all over the walls and floors*

*sighs*

Uh, that's right Noelle, finally we get around to one of the stars of the show! While Noelle might be the focus of the series, Yuusuke is definately the show's point of view. (and he's definately the focus of Noelle! ) The lone bastion of sanity amidst the craziness (okay, so he starts to rather like the whirl of madness at the end-- that just gains him more points for me!), a little snip of reality amidst the unreal, the anchor in the storm, the central guy surrounded by all the gorgeous females...

Okay, okay, so he's no Tenchi. He has the undying love of Noelle, and maybe Sara has a little crush on him too at the beginning, but his own crush-- Natsumi-- thinks he's just a weird pervert. (Compared to what, Natsumi? And you aren't exactly the acme of mental stability either! )

Hey, I'm sane-- more or less-- and Kael-sama is sane-- most of the time... *mutters to self*

Some of the time. *laughs* Cooome to the Dark Side, Yuusuke! It's niiiiice...

*eyetwitch*

*Ahem* But as I was saying, Yuusuke is more or less sane, which is something that we really can't say about the various other characters. I usually find the nice, normal guy surrounded by strange happenings (Tenchi of Tenchi Muyo, Keiichi from Ah! My Goddess, Makoto in El Hazard)... well, kinda boring actually, but I do really like Yuusuke. He's just so cute and sweet and... oh, I don't know, maybe it's the voice actor.

Uh, thanks... I think.

Anyway, I'm pretty happy with the Yuusuke cels I've managed to pick up so far. Being a star of the show there are quite a few cels of him circulating the 'Net so I can afford to be picky. (Especially considering he's no where near as high on my want list as certain other male characters from the show *cough* Raphael & Mikael *cough*) Right now I'm looking for a super-close up centered on Yuusuke's eye from the final episode (as he's reaching for Noelle) and a cel of him inside 'the protector' from episode 22 as he's going "Ooh!" in front of the blackboard.
