I couldn't believe my eyes when I came across this beauty during an Anime Taro update oh-so-long ago. I've always had a fondness for dragons and the cel looked gorgeous in the scan (and it's even better in real life!)-- all for only the equivalent of $30. I also picked up my Endymion death scene cel at the same time, if I remember correctly.
Anyway, back to fawning over seiryuu-- he's two layers, B1 water and A-bunch-of-kanji with the actual dragon. I really love the fringes floating around his head, although the sketch shows more of them then in the cel.

He also came with a sketch of the water layer which I scanned in and shrunk down.
I've been told that he comes from the OAVs which I have yet to see in their entiriety.

Aethel kindly had the cel signed by Watase Yuu, the creator of the Fushigi Yuugi manga, during Animazement 2000. Thank you Aethel! Now if only I could stop buying cels long enough to save up enough money to attend the convention myself and have my Evil Tamahome signed. 
Unfortunately the coloring is way off in the scan and nothing I did in Photoshop could make it better.  The cel is simply gorgeous in person.
