But... well... it was a horsey! Horsies nice! And I could tell from the OP sequence that the horsey was important too, and in my childhood I had such a fondness for white flying unicorns (I rather prefer black ones now 
), sooo...
Anime Lane had a ton of Pegasus cels all those many years ago. They just sat and sat and sat at the site, the poor cels. No one seemed interested in poor Pegasus at all back then. (Ah, for those days again!) So when a previous buyer flaked out and I had the chance to purchase a cel from the engagement scene in Stars I decided to pick up a Pegasus cel as well. I debated over two OP cels of Pegasus flying up into the camera, an OP cel of Chibi Usa holding Pegasus' head, and this cel-- and I ended up going with this cel since it was a full body shot. 
Not that I don't love this cel and all, but the chances of another Pegasus OP cel within my price range popping up again anytime soon-- I think there's a better chance of Endy-poo popping out of the manga and declaring his undying love to me.
Anyway, this cel is A-70. While you'd think there'd be oodles of cels from this long sequence flitting through the internet, so far I've only stumbled across one other. (and IMHO mine was much better.
This cel comes near the end of the episode. A lemure has taken possession of Pegasus and tries to corrupt the dream where he hides by offering Chibi Moon power over Pegasus. Chibi Moon refuses and helps Pegasus break free from the magic storm clouds that have gathered.) This comes from the SS season, episode 135, Fureau kokoro! Chibi Usa to Pegasus-- Sympathized Minds! Between Chibiusa and Pegasus. And we have spoiler warning!
Once again, my scanner botched the colors-- although not so bad as in other scans-- making the cel appear darker then it actually is.
