Why does the box say 100% pure cubic zirconia?

Wai! Wai! Wai! I can't believe I actually got this cel! I've only seen one other cel from this sequence and that had the background to it, so I don't need to waste time searching through Taro's backgrounds in the faint hope of it turning up one day.
This little treasure was unearthed at Anime Lane for only $35, long, long ago. And I wishy-washed over it! (Yes, I was twit back then.) I wanted this cel and another one of a $60 Prince Endymion from the knees up. However, I waited too long and by the time I ordered someone had reserved both of the cels already. I could kick myself.
However, the person who originally ordered this cel never paid up. THANK YOU FLAKY PERSON! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! So I ended up with this little darling after all and I picked up my full-figure Pegasus at the same time. (And I am really kicking myself for not picking up other cels at the time. An OP cel of Chibi Usa & Pegasus for $65! Another Prince Endymion for $60! Neptune during her Deep Submerge for $20! Yeesh!)
And why am I so excited over this cel with the little figures of Usagi and Mamoru? Well, this might be a spoiler, but I'm certain anyone at all familiar with the Sailor Moon series must realize this will happen already-- this is from the engagement scene in episode 173, 'Wakare to Deai! Unmei no Hoshiboshi no Ryuuten'!
You can even see the ring in the cel! It's only a tiny white-ish line between Mamoru's fingers-- but still! The ring box is poking over Usagi's wrist and Usagi herself has this completely clueless look on her face. (Poor Usagi remaining clueless the entire time. )
*sighs happily* I'm much more of a 'scene collector' for cels then one who looks for primo close-ups or whatnot, so you can imagine how happy I am to have picked this up.
Once again, the colors aren't quite right in the scan.

The cel came with a matching sketch. However, not being much of a douga collecter myself, I sold the sketch off to someone who would appreciate it more. The ring is much more prominent in the sketch with the great big green lines pointing to it and all.
