It turns out that this cel comes from SS episode 133, Artemis no Uwaki? Nazono Koneko Toujou-- Artemis' Affair? The Mysterious Kitten Appears. Artemis-centric episodes are always hilarious and this one is no different. Spoilers ahead!

Poor Artemis! The episode opens with Luna raking Artemis through the coals because she thinks he's fallen in love with some nun who's destined to be the victim-of-the-day. ^^; And then kawaii Diana (tries to drive out the CWi dub voice from her head ) shows up for the first time and trails after Artemis calling him "daddy". Poor Artemis! And then to top it off he gets beaten up and captured by the monster-of-the-day, a huge kangaroo wannabe, who proceeds to make him into her kit! And then, controlled by the power of the lemure, he ends up unwillingly beating up his Minako! In the cel Artemis is lifting his paw to bop Sailor Venus on the nose which is why he looks so mortified as he's peering out of the kangaroo's pouch.

Unfortunately this cel is only one layer-- B-12. I was rather hoping when I bought it that it would be two layers and that I could remove the gigantic boxing glove from in front of Artemis-- but, ah well. I got this cel at discount from Anime Pocket, which is the only place I've ever seen Artemis dressed as kangie cels. The other two Artemis cels went very fast. (Unfortunately, the actual time it took for the cel to arrive was several months.) The missing A-layer is of the kangaroo lemure's stomache.
